Tower Shortage
So... Tower Shortage?
Tower defense games. You sit around for a few minutes, build your epic death machine of doom, and then sit there and do nothing as enemies get shredded before even entering the screen.
So what if you had one single turret to work with instead? Sounds impossible at first, but if you put that turret on a stand (haha, get it, "last stand") and carry it around, things get different really fast.
Controls
W/A/S/D & Left Stick: Move player
SPACE & (Controller) A Button: Pick up and drop turret.
Walk around, pick up and place down your turret to start the game.
Pick up scraps left behind by destroyed enemies to progress the game.
Be careful where you place it though, as enemies touching the turret will destroy it, leaving you defenseless.
Yes, stage V is endless. No, there is no secret win screen.
So...
Is this game good? No. Is it finished? Well... also no. Turns out trying to make a game in practically two days (why is there something called life, it is kind of time consuming) without having used a game engine in (literal) years is a little too much. Was creating it fun, though? Yes.
